We are looking for a Senior Brand Strategist to join us during an exciting period of growth.Reporting to the Group Director, the Senior Strategist will be responsible for Brand, Creative and Retail communications strategies, leading and establishing the agency's strategic capabilities, establishing a team, and working closely with Account Management and Creative in the planning and development of retail creative and solutions for Samsung and all other clients.Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Brand & Creative communication strategy, including offline & online strategiesInterpreting and developing consumer insightsInterpreting client briefings and collaborating with Business team and creative teams to present strategically sound creative solutions to our clientDevelopment of creative briefs for internal briefingsPresenting strategies to our clientDesigning Consumer Decision Journey (CDJ) scenarios and strategies to support the development of retail communicationsConnecting with other Cheil branches to share insights and case studiesRelationship building with key client Data and Insights teamsEstablishing strategic capabilities beyond self, capability and team expansionDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout you:10+ years of previous experience in a similar role (agency experience in a strategy role is a must)Experience across Telecoms, Retail, and/or FMCG is preferentialCustomer strategy planning experience in carriers (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone) or FMCG companies preferredInternational experience welcomedResearch experience is also advantageousExcellent verbal, written and visual presentation skillsHigh skillset in MS OfficeResults-driven, open-minded, and positive personalityExcellent communication and organizational skills with extreme attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills, and ability to interface diplomatically with all levels of employees and managementAbility to work independently, be flexible, and have good time management skillsWhat's in it for you?Immediate start available - interviewing now!Opportunity to lead Strategy department and grow/establish a strategy team long termOpportunity to work with a Global, multinational companyAttractive salary package plus additional employee perksOnsite parking and close to public transportWork in a friendly, supportive team culture and environmentIf this interests you so far, you can now submit your application to us by clicking "Apply".
