Role Overview This is an exciting role for an established Senior Strategist to join our team on a 12-month FTC basis, working in a fast-paced environment with some of the world's best brands and collaborating with all of our global studios.
This role is built on a sharp understanding of what's happening in the global consumer retail landscape -drawing inspiration from culture, art, science and understanding human behaviour, to craft cut-throughinsights and stand-out narratives.
As Senior Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in creating the future for some of the world's most pioneering and exciting brands, from visionary startups to global giants. You'll be involved in a multitude of diverse projects, confidently supporting the strategy, bringing fresh thinking and energy to every brief and studio interaction. This role encompasses primary and secondary research methodologies, supporting the research and insights of key client projects, distilling research findings and synthesising complex information into key and actionable strategies. You'll continue the development of insights or frameworks that become fundamental to our clients' business.
You 7+ years of demonstrable experience in retail or brand experience strategy (preferable) Excellent portfolio, work samples and industry experience You've got a proven ability to conduct in-depth research and develop actionable insights You understand various strategy and insight frameworks You have a proven ability to develop engaging strategic narratives for industry-leading brands and take clients on a journey to sell your thinking You have a keen interest in team development, people and leadership You've got strong deck writing, formatting and presentation skills Additional information: We offer a competitive salary, available upon request, plus our benefits package, which includes: We value culture and collaboration and for this reason we operate a 3 day in the office and 2 day WFH hybrid working policy Holidays including 25 days plus public holidays, plus birthday off &wellness day 2 week travel & working abroad opportunity Monthly motivation sessions, Summer and Christmas parties and community days to volunteerwith your charity of choice We would love to hear from you!
