Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.What does the job look like?We are seeking a passionate Communications and Marketing professional to join the Corporate Communications team based at our Essendon Fields head office.Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the team with the planning, development and execution of internal and external marketing and communications. You will be responsible for developing and coordinating a broad range of hands-on communication tasks, including researching, writing, editing, and executing high quality content for internal and external print and digital publications.You will work closely with a range of stakeholders and suppliers to design communication collateral in line with the communications strategy and;Support research, writing and editing of strategic communication projects internally and externally.Assist with driving Linfox's social media strategy.Support the management of Linfox's website and intranet.Marketing lead for nominated internal campaigns, communications and projects.Provide general support to the Corporate Communications team, as well as the wider Linfox business community.Are you the one?You are a Communications and Marketing professional with a background in copywriting, proofing and editing with a strong interest in digital content. You have a natural ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, can manage multiple tasks and work within a fast-paced environment. You are dedicated to learning and thrive in an environment where you continue to learn and develop. You can demonstrate:Tertiary level qualification in Marketing & Communications.3+ years Communications and Marketing experience across agency or inhouse.Experience developing engaging content, and proofing and editing existing content.High level written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.Understanding of SEO principles and WordPress highly regarded.Familiarity with Canva, MailChimp, Google Analytics, LinkedIn required.Ability to navigate SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms/content libraries.Sound like you?
