This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic direction of new and existing products, develop a comprehensive product roadmap, and drive compliance and risk management solutions.
What you'll do: Establish and advocate best practices in product managementLead the strategic direction of new and existing productsCreate and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap focusing on features that would unlock new revenue opportunitiesLead and mentor a team of Product Owners and UX DesignersOversee the end-to-end development of products from initial concept to market launchConduct thorough market research and competitor analysisDrive ideation of compliance-focused products and write detailed product proposalsCollaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience and interface designLeverage data and analytics tools to inform product decisions and optimise user engagementDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product successWhat you bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Product Management or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in product strategy or managementProven experience in building products from scratch and achieving commercial success.Hands-on experience with UX/UI tools with a deep understanding of user experience design principlesStrong proficiency in using data analytics tools to drive product decisionsDeep understanding of Agile product development processes and toolsStrong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams effectively.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environmentAbout the job: Contract Type: FULL_TIME
