Product Manager - Growth Australia (Remote) Fulltime

Our Role:
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our newly formed Growth Team.
In this role, you'll join our newly formed Growth Team where every experiment you launch has the potential to impact millions of users.
Unlike traditional product roles, your work will revolve around rapid experimentation and continuous iteration, aimed at driving user acquisition, retention, and conversions.
What You'll Do: Drive the end-to-end process of ideating, planning, and executing growth experiments.
Work with cross-functional teams across web, data, and design to deliver and ship new experiments, sharing knowledge and enhancing team collaboration.
Conduct research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions and prioritise experiments.
Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team collaboration and overall effectiveness.
Work with the data team to analyze results and insights to drive decisions around whether to scale successful experiments or pivot where necessary.
Assume responsibility for project delivery and outcomes, ensuring high-quality results.
Skills We Like: Proven experience in a product management role in a SaaS or subscription-based business, where experimentation and optimization were key to success.
You're excited by an environment where you can work across many different areas of our product and adapt to shifting priorities as you learn more from users and data.
Confident in making quick, balanced decisions to maintain momentum and accuracy.
Skilled in fostering collaboration with engineering and product design teams to ensure engagement and understanding.
Adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
Strong expertise in data analytics, promoting data-driven decision-making and mentoring others in these practices.
Experience within a Growth team is a bonus!
