Your new role
As a Senior Strategic Planner working within this diverse and highly regarded organisation, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the fantastic culture already in place and get involved in a range of niche and ongoing development projects.
Tasks will include but not be limited to:
Working on various housing social infrastructure programs and the reviewal of development control plans and the preparation of planning proposals.Preparation of key strategic planning reports and presentations in line with local and state government reformsProvide guidance to more junior staff members across the planning team and assisting with project report reviews as required.Stakeholder management including liaison with clients and councils while also representing various local and state planning panels
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a relevant tertiary qualification in Urban Planning as well as relevant NSW industry experience working as a Strategic Planner. This includes at least 3-5 years in a Senior Planning position.
