The Opportunity: The Senior Strategic Designer is a max term position (until June 30 2025) and sits within the Product Strategy & Innovation team within AP+ which drives product research, proposition development and product design, as well as innovation, across much of our business.
This role will see you deliver consistent customer experiences across all products, drive innovation, and work closely with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to bring ideas to life and solve meaningful problems for our members and the payments industry.
To be successful in the position you'll take a leading role in product research, ideation facilitation, value proposition design, feature definition, customer experience, prototyping, desirability and usability validation, product strategy and storytelling.
The capabilities we're seeking are: Robust experience working in a Senior Lead product design and research role. Proven leadership experience where you have been responsible for delivering best in class work. Deep experience working with Figma in order to create low-high fidelity storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.
Ability to align customer experience with the processes and systems that are required to deliver the service.
Experience planning and facilitating large workshops with diverse stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
