An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Statutory Planner to join the City Development Team. The position seeks a highly experienced planner to work with a diverse range of applications and projects, which contribute to livability, sustainability and growth.
To join Councils diverse team of planning professionals, the successful applicant will be required to:
To assist in the research and preparation of reports pertaining to planning applications in order to facilitate a review process conducted by both Manager City Strategy & Development and Council
Demonstrated ability to promote planning principles to members of the public, relevant authorities and internal Council departments
Tertiary qualification in town planning or an associated discipline
The Benefits
This is a permanent full time position with a current base salary range between $87,860 - $95,413 per annum, dependant on demonstrated skills and experience + superannuation.
