Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service Job Description: Remuneration value up to $497,941 p.a. (L25 – L27) or up to $455,624 p.a. (L18 – L24), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), professional development allowance, motor vehicle allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., plus private practice arrangements.

We are seeking an energetic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who is looking to utilise the full scope of their general plastic surgical experience. As a Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist, you will be a valued and passionate team member, assisting in the provision of an effective, efficient, and equitable Plastic Surgery service. You will provide expert medical leadership in Plastic Surgery that encourages innovation, patient, and multidisciplinary team participation in treatment and care, aiming to achieve demonstrable improvement in service outcomes.
