What you'll be doing This is an exciting, once in a career opportunity to join the new statewide workforce pool known as 'CRU', the Central Resource Unit (CRU) . We are looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist to provide a high-quality speech pathology service to patients/clients and their carers to ensure optimal health outcomes. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment and intervention in a multidisciplinary setting. The speech pathologist is also responsible for undertaking designated non-clinical tasks to support service delivery including clinical supervision, quality improvement activities and administrative tasks. Where you'll be working The CRU Speech Pathologist workforce will be deployed to locations for anywhere between two and thirteen weeks to support short-term staffing needs. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of health settings when on deployment. Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and experience in a relevant clinical setting/caseload Demonstrated high quality communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with proven ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders Current drivers' licence with capacity and willingness to travel to NSW Health business and service locations throughout NSW which will include overnight stays in regional/remote areas.
