About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Rehabilitation Consultant to come join the team in Sydney.
As the Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll leverage your solutions-driven mindset to inspire and empower individuals recovering from physical or psychological workplace injuries.
Your role includes assessing needs and delivering effective strategies to ensure clients safely return to work, either with their current employer or a new one, as part of their rehabilitation journey. Joining a supportive, dynamic multidisciplinary allied health team, you'll engage with a diverse range of employers and have the opportunity to innovate and spearhead support pathways across various case files.
The office is based in Paramatta, community visits are also expected within the role.
This role is open to full-time applicants with at least 3 years of experience as a Physiotherapist and 6 months' experience in Occupational Rehab (required).

About You
Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology Relevant registration (i.e AHPRA, ESSA) Previous industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is essential (6 months) Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management Outstanding communication and networking skills Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and as part of a team Australian driver's licence, vehicle and willingness to travel Eligible to work permanently in Australia
