Paediatric Play is a multidisciplinary Allied Health practice, with a team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Early Intervention Specialists, Allied Health Assistants, and Developmental Educators. Paediatric Play provides therapy in-clinic and community across South Australia.

Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate Senior Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
The Senior Speech Pathologist will provide assessments and therapy to clients and families using a family-centred approach.
Responsibilities: Provide assessments and therapy interventions to clients and families through evidence-based practice to meet individual and family goals.Educate parents and other caregivers involved in the clients' care around therapy goals and recommendations.Develop, conduct, and evaluate individual therapy sessions, clearly communicating intervention plans and expected outcomes to families.Monitor and document client progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.Build and maintain relationships with educational staff and other service providers.Collaborate with families to assess, develop, and implement programs for children, their parents/caregivers, and educators (e.g., kindergarten teachers, childcare workers).Key Selection Criteria: Current driver's license and police check.Bachelor of Speech Pathology.Master of Speech Pathology.Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen Check.Membership of Speech Pathology Australia.Why work at Paediatric Play (Benefits): Admin support.Flexible working arrangements.Paid Mental Health Care Days every term.Paid admin.$1000 PD budget annually.All tools provided: equipment, resources, board games, gross and fine motor activities.Your application will include the following questions:
