Job Description Lead multiple projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders.Coach and develop team members in project management.Oversee design processes and manage contracts and procurement.Ensure projects meet scope, budget, schedule, and specifications.Seek opportunities to reduce risk and optimise delivery.Engage with engineering teams, operational staff, and external consultants.Monitor and report project progress, addressing any deviations. The Successful Applicant Experienced in project management within the resources industry, ideally with a focus on motor control centres and familiarity with the Small Projects Management Framework (SPMF).Demonstrated ability to prioritise safety, consistently applying a safety-first approach in project delivery.Strong track record in successfully managing multiple projects to scope, budget, schedule, and specifications.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders.Proven financial assessment competence, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on optimising project delivery.Commercially astute, with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.Confident presenter, capable of effectively communicating complex information in both written and oral formats.
