Salary: from $97,805 (plus superannuation) Permanent full-time position 35-hour week with flexible work options such as rostered days off available, 4-day week, work from home.

Our Role This role is for someone who wants to lead a People and Culture team and has a passion for people.
You will need to be able to deliver a broad range of People and Culture programs and systems across Council but also be able to lead.
The role requires someone who has: Extensive experience in people and culture, Can lead and continue to improve our people and culture systems, programs and processes, The ability to analyse, problem solve, provide advice and support on all levels of employee/industrial relations including being able to conduct investigations.
The ability to lead and provide advice on organisational development and learning and development programs.
About You In order to be successful in this role you will; Hold relevant qualifications in human resources, related field or relevant industry experience.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills that promote high team performance, with the ability to coach, mentor and manage others.
Have effective negotiation, conflict resolution, problem solving and influencing skills Demonstrated experience in organisational design, development and change management.
Proven experience building and maintaining productive relationships with a diverse group of key stakeholders and acting as a trusted adviser.
The ability to make rational and sound decisions based on consideration of the facts and the alternatives.
