The Role: As the Senior Sous you will be at the forefront of operations, contributing to the success of this dynamic establishment.
Key responsibilities include: Energetic leadership with aspirations for a Head Chef position.
Maintaining composure and calmness under pressure.
Hands-on involvement stock control, ordering, rostering and costings.
Efficiently running shifts in the absence of the Head Chef.
Active participation in service to enhance the guest experience and leading the kitchen team.
Skills and Experience: To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess: Energetic and enthusiastic approach to leadership.
Aspirations for growth into management roles.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Hands-on experience and the want to be part of service.
Proven track record in successfully running kitchens and aspirations for growth.
