Senior Solutions Consultant Are you an accomplished presales consultant in the technology sector? Will you like to be part of dynamic global team? About our Team This role is within the Solutions Consulting team supporting LNRS' end to end Financial Crime and Compliance Lifecycle Management Platform - RiskNarrative. The RiskNarrative platform is a truly zero code orchestration platform revolutionising the way our customers in regulated markets globally manage the complex task of fulfilling their regulatory requirements and mitigating both AML and Fraud risk.
About The Role You will support a high performing RiskNarrative Solutions Consulting team supporting APAC wide sales activity, working collaboratively with Sales on an exciting range of customer projects across a wide range of regulated markets. You must have great interpersonal and communication skills, be highly motivated with a great sense of initiative.
The Senior Solutions Consultant role within the RiskNarrative SC team will place you in a fast-paced environment, bringing a consistently varied workload, allowing lots of potential for exposure to a broad range of customer conversations at all levels, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities Act as RiskNarrative deep domain subject matter expert on the RiskNarrative platform and its application across regulated markets.Support high value and/or complex opportunities.Be responsible for acting as the lead technical specialist for global RiskNarrative sales activity.Be responsible for maintaining high levels of RN product and market knowledge across the RN Core SC team.Alongside RN Solutions Consulting Director, take responsibility for creating and maintaining Global RN SC Best Practise.Assist sales calls remotely or face to face in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations and presentations.Manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), remote Proof of Concept (POCs) processes.Support the training of internal teams in understanding RiskNarrative, and delivering excellent solution demonstrations and customer engagements.Support the sales team in pricing customisation.Responsible for leading the presentation of the technical aspects of the RiskNarrative solution through demos and process flows.Travel may be up to 30% to provide in person support for field sales initiatives regionally.Support other Solutions Consulting activity as required. Requirements Experience in pre-sales/solutions consulting, professional services, or sales role, working collaboratively with Sales Teams.Proven experience gained within a Technology and/or Data focused organization.Proven experience leading complex sales engagements selling cloud technology into regulated markets.University or bachelor's degree or equivalent.MS Office expertise, including strong PowerPoint skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing contexts.Highly motivated self-starter, naturally pro-active with great sense of initiative.Public speaking, or public presentation, Financial Crime and Compliance industry experience would be beneficial.At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, having diverse employees with different perspectives is key to creating innovative new products for our global customers.
