About the role We're seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic Customer and Billing Platforms team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing solution architectures that support transformative initiatives for our CRM and Billing systems.
As the Senior Solution Architect, you'll lead our Delivery Teams, translating business requirements into robust technology solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll provide input to shape our technology solutions through the lens of our strategic pillars: Customer Advocacy, Platforms for the Future, Protect, and 'How we do it'.

Day-to-day, you will: Provide guidance and expertise in solution architecture and engineering processes across the platformCollaborate with teams to standardise practices and enhance operational efficiencyEnsure that solutions align with existing and emerging business and technology environmentsFollow the Enterprise Architecture roadmap to deliver effective solutionsUphold high quality standards for solutions delivered by Customer PlatformsAddress the diverse needs of delivery teams and operations within Customer PlatformsCreate and maintain technical documentation, including solution briefs, design specifications, and architectural diagramsFoster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and technical leadership within the teamThis role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Extensive experience in Solution ArchitectureExperienced technical leader with a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership skillsProficient in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principlesStrong knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologiesHands-on experience with diverse solutions, including SaaS architecture (Salesforce, Mulesoft, billing platforms)Cloud technology expertise (AWS EC2, S3, DynamoDB, SQLRDS, Postgres)Familiarity with a wide range of tools, languages, and frameworksHighly developed communication and interpersonal abilitiesPrevious experience working on large-scale, complex enterprise projectsTertiary qualified with a relevant Technology or Business-related degree qualificationIf you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
