Key Responsibilities:Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions within the CargoWise platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and incorporate emerging technologies.Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a technical excellence culture.Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and services.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing performance and user experience.Our Development TeamWorking in continuous delivery and automated deployment environment, we ship 3500 upgrades a week. We practice Test Driven Development and place quality at the core of our engineering practice.
