You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including technical leads, product managers, and product designers, to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Our main technology stack includes Python, FastAPI, Next.js, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, MySQL and AWS.AccountabilitiesDevelop working software across the full stack (end to end) according to requirements and development standards.Contribute to feature and solution design with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Assist the support and customer success team with diagnosing issues with the software and providing guidance or helping with appropriate fixes.Provide mentoring and guidance for developers in any areas of expertise.Continually improve domain and technical knowledge through professional development.Skills RequiredSolid understanding of backend development. Ability to design and maintain robust and scalable server-side applications. FastAPI and Ruby on Rails.Proficient in modern front-end frameworks and libraries for building user interfaces. React and Next.js are preferred.Familiarity with core programming principles, including Object Oriented Programming (OOP), unit testing, and design patterns to ensure clean, maintainable code.Competent with software version control systems, particularly Git, including experience with collaborative workflows such as branching, merging, and pull requests.Understanding of agile development practices, with experience in participating in iterative development cycles and team ceremonies.ReadyTech is committed to seeing things through each other's eyes.
