Senior Software Engineer

Lead Software Developer | Industry Leader | $170,000 + Super

Pearson Carter are working with a unique tech travel company who are looking for a Lead Developer to grow into a head of engineering role within 12 months.

You will shape the future roadmap of the company, manage a team of 3 Devs with a focus of increasing the quality of code produced.

What will you do?

Spearhead the design and development efforts

Drive the implementation of major and minor roadmap items

Architect and refine solutions for major and minor roadmap and backlog items, producing detailed documentation and work breakdown structures for accurate estimation

Oversee regular releases and environment upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to services

Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Mentor junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and professional capabilities

What do you need?

5+ years .NET experience

Strong leadership experience

Frontend JavaScript skills

Experience with Microsoft Azure

Salary

They offer an excellent salary package: $170,000 + Super.

Location

The client is based in Brisbane and offers a hybrid working pattern (1 day a week in office).
