About The Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you will bring technical excellence outcomes for Jasper customers. You will spend time coding, technical design, and problem-solving, and contribute to evolving Jasper's AI platform. You will be part of a close-knit engineering team that ships new code into production multiple times a day. This fully remote role reports to the Technical Lead Manager and is open to candidates located anywhere in Australia. What you will do at Jasper Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software Write readable, maintainable, self-documenting or well-documented code to solve complex problems with simple, elegant solutions Take initiative to identify and solve critical problems for Jasper's customers Scope and execute complex tasks in a timely and effective manner Optimize performance and address scale issues proactively, including on-call responsibilities Work effectively with product and design partners to deliver projects What you will bring to Jasper6+ years of experience in feature development and system design Demonstrated proficiency and continuous improvement in Jasper's technical stack (cloud platforms, AI technologies)Demonstrated breadth and depth of technical expertise across multiple domains (AI, Cloud, application platforms, etc)Proven track record of software delivery for customers and their outcomes Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers Compensation Range The expected base salary range offered for this role is $180,000 - $210,000 AUD. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
