We're seeking talented individuals experienced working in the Fintech industry who are eager to tackle complex problems, build scalable solutions, and collaborate with some of the finest engineers in the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with third-party payment providers or gateways and internal systems to architect and design payments infrastructure.Architect and design scalable, high-performance payments system in alignment with project requirements and company standards.Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.Actively engage in hands-on coding and development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts and project updates.Provide technical leadership, guiding and mentoring junior engineers in the team.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development.2+ years of technical leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role.Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding teams.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications: Experience building global payments systems for gaming or entertainment.Experience working with payments providers or equivalent payment processing systems.Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance in payment systems.Experience building payments fraud system (e.g. decisioning / rule engine, chargeback tools).If you're passionate about growth, innovation, and working with the best, we'd love to have you on our team!
