We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the science of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of applications.
The developer will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key accountabilities will include: Build reusable code and libraries for future use.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.Deliver to agreed deadlines in an agile delivery environment.Collaborate with all stakeholders, both across the business and IT.Provide support to project team where required.Have a problem-solving mindset and an affinity for continuous learning.Translate the client's technical requirements into code.Qualifications and skills required: 7 years + Experience as a Software developerFull stack software development for web-based applicationsHigh level of Proficiency with Angular 4+, Node JS, Typescript, HTML & CSSExcellent knowledge in .Net core C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2012, Web API, RESTful services, SQL ServerKnowledge of code versioning tools, such as GitExperience using Karma/Jasmine/ Selenium/Mock Framework/NUnit.netKnowledge of agile/scrum development methodologiesStrong experience in using TDD approachDesirable - Experience in AWS & KubernetesAt Fortescue, we treat our team mates as though they are family.
