Come and join the wonderful team of Social Workers at St George Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated social worker to join the Social Work Department at St George Hospital. This temporary full time senior level 3 position is located within our Aged Care Team. You will be part of a large, dedicated and highly skilled department working with culturally and socially diverse patients and their families. All of our positions are also required to provide support to other areas within the hospital as required.
