plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits – AHP3 – Ongoing Full-Time About the Role: The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an experienced and compassionate Social Worker to join the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Division.
As a Senior Social Worker in Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our patients and their families during some of the most challenging times of their lives.
Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing social, emotional and environmental factors that impact well-being, and in developing tailored care plans to address these needs.
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, advocating for our patients' rights and ensuring their voices are heard.
Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds will be essential in facilitating difficult conversations and providing emotional support.
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
