The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team. As the Senior Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in uniting the on-site team and supporting the Project Manager to ensure the successful completion of each Landmark development. You will oversee the safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of large and complex construction projects, ensuring every phase meets the highest standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveriesLiaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on scheduleDevelop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stakeholdersWorking closely with the Project Manager managing the construction programEnsuring high standards of OHS compliance on site.Desired Experience:Previous experience working for a developer/builder desirable. Ideally completed projects within new build class 2 valued in excess of $50m - $100MProven experience as a Site Manager working on high-rise residential projects from start to finishProven experience of effectively managing a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationshipsGood understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements, has proven experience of effectively controlling site safety.What's in it for you?Opportunity to work on large and exciting projectsCareer growthClose-knit team environmentJoin our team.
