The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Administrator to join the Qube team in Muchea.
Full Time | Monday to FridayCompetitive remuneration packageSupportive team environmentOngoing development opportunities for career growthKey Responsibilities This role forms an integral part of the Qube Team, responsible for administrative functions and providing support to the rest of the team. You will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our Workshop Office, Fleet Supervisors & Operations Manager; ensuring that all administrative tasks within the office are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
Assisting in processing payroll for over 55 employeesMaintain payroll records, including timesheets, leave applications and deductions.Processing of EOM reportBalancing of hauled products with client dailyCreating new item codes & liaising with client regarding current purchase ordersLiaising with suppliers/contractors to ensure all safety requirements are compliant.Ordering of PPE, workshop parts, office stationary/consumablesAssist with data entry, record keeping and other ad hoc tasks.Qualification & Experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Prior experience within the mining, logistics and/or heavy transportation industries preferred.Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience (essential)Payroll experience (essential)Experience with Connect, Mainpac, Oracle, Rapid & Microster (desirable)Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills both written and oralProven ability to pick up internal systems (IT) quickly.Experienced & skilled in using Microsoft office products, data entry and working across spreadsheets (essential)If you would like the opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing Ports, Transport and Logistics companies in Australia, then please click on the "Apply" button below or email our recruitment team at ******.
