The Division architects, manages and supports the largest technology network in Victoria, supporting a user base of approximately 750,000 staff and students.IMTD provides innovation and leadership in the transformation and management of the Department's digital capability through the implementation of solutions on the department's cloud environment (IaaS), enterprise cloud platforms (PaaS), and software (SaaS), using agile practices with a focus on user experience, security, and integration.This role is in the Digital Design and Innovation Branch.About the RoleThis role is to develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions to fit business requirements.Key responsibilities include:Designing and developing ServiceNow solutions from inception to ready for business use in production.Upholding architecture, design, and implementation principles including configuration management and coding practices.Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and functional analysts on functional and technical requirements.Providing estimates for the scope of work, discussing options, and recommending solutions.Reviewing code and running initiatives to improve the overall health of the platform.Reviewing ServiceNow family releases and identifying new features that can be enabled for the business.AttributesTo be successful in this Senior Software Developer role you will be able to demonstrate your skills and experience across the following capabilities:Personal Attributes - flexibility and adaptability with systems and processes.
