Your Role: As a Senior SEO Director, you will play a central role in client success, managing relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. You will lead and mentor a high-performing SEO team, fostering collaboration and growth. Your expertise will shape the strategic direction of all SEO campaigns, and you'll also contribute to new business development, identifying opportunities for client expansion and leading pitches.
Key Responsibilities: Client Leadership & Relationship Management: Lead and manage long-term relationships with key clients, overseeing onboarding, ongoing communications, and day-to-day project management to ensure client needs are met and goals are achieved.
Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and nurture a team of SEO specialists, ensuring continuous skill development, motivation, and optimal client outcomes.
New Business Development: Spearhead pitches and presentations to secure new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with development, content, and design teams to ensure SEO strategies align with broader business objectives and campaigns.
SEO Strategy & Execution: Guide SEO strategy development, ensuring the timely, on-budget, and on-scope delivery of campaigns and projects.
Industry Expertise: Stay current with SEO trends and best practices, sharing insights with both your team and clients to continually improve processes and drive results.
Who You Are: 12+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of executing successful organic search strategies.
Experienced in managing and developing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Skilled at building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth.
Adept at leading new business pitches and presentations, contributing to agency growth.
Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and optimal results.
Deep knowledge of SEO, with the ability to confidently guide both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
