About the Role: Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber security risks across systems, data, and personnel.Lead the monitoring and triaging of security alerts and threats, implementing responses and longer-term mitigation strategies.Apply Microsoft Defender Suite and Sentinel to discover and assess vulnerabilities, automate responses, and develop playbooks and workbooks.Mentor and guide junior analysts, oversee daily operations, and manage team activities while supporting security awareness and compliance initiatives.About You: Proven experience with MS Defender Suite and Sentinel, including endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and threat detection.Demonstrated ability to mentor junior analysts, with experience in managing security operations and incident response.Strong understanding of cyber security principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST.Ability to convey complex security concepts clearly and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance security posture.Relevant qualifications such as Microsoft Security certifications, CISSP, CISA, or equivalent, with a solid track record in security operations and incident management.Apply now, the individual can start within the next 2-3 weeks.
