The mini school focuses on learning, behaviour and attendance, the daily learning experience of students as well as other aspects for all students in year 10, 11 and 12 regardless of their needs and complexity. Our mini school team model these high expectations with all interactions with students, staff and parents/caregivers. It is a fast-paced environment with dynamic leaders working toward achieving set AIP goals as well as the College vision. All staff work with students as well as staff members on a regular basis to achieve these objectives enhance the students' experience at the College.ResponsibilitiesCarry out allocated activities and tasks determined by the school consistent with role description.Assist senior students to maintain high expectations in their learning by providing high support to enable them to meet these expectations.Engage positively and model high expectations with students.Ensure rolls are marked by teachers.Contact parents about student absences.
