TEN Recruitment is partnering with one of WA's leading high-end residential builders to recruit an experienced Senior Scheduler. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company known for delivering exceptional homes, offering stability, collaboration, and the chance to work on bespoke projects.Key Responsibilities:Accurately price materials and labour to prepare detailed BOQs.Liaise with suppliers for quotes and provide costings and variations to the sales team.Review construction schedules, analyse variances, and prepare take-offs.Collaborate with estimators to update and maintain variations.Ensure reconciliation of scheduled and estimated margins.Work closely with supervisors, administration staff, sales teams, and the construction manager.What You'll Bring:At least 5 years of scheduling or estimating experience in high-end residential construction.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.A collaborative, team-oriented attitude.Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant scheduling tools.Must be Perth-based with full Australian work rights.What's On Offer:Permanent full-time role starting January 2025.Salary up to $110k + Super, based on experience.Opportunity to work with a reputable builder on prestigious projects.Immediate start available for the right candidate.If you're ready to take the next step in your career with a respected WA builder, apply now!
