To be successful in this role you'll have: Strong experience with communicating effectively, adjusting your approach to suit different people and settings.
Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in a healthcare setting.
The competency to apply safe and appropriate physical intervention techniques when needed.
Proven experience with handling conflict confidently and professionally, including responding to difficult or aggressive behaviour.
A composed nature who can work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and at times confronting environment.
Experience with handheld Personal Digital Assistants (PDA's) is desirable The role requires a WA Security License, Certificate II in Security Operations, and WA Driver's License (C class) as well as a First Aid Certificate including CPR and a Working with Children card.
