As a SAP Basis Administrator, you are responsible for the technical management and administration of SAP systems.
This role involves installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining SAP environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
About the role: Provide SAP solution administration support to SAP business clients Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems, including SAP ERP, SAP HANA, and other SAP modules Manage and monitor SAP system landscapes, including development, quality assurance, and production environments Collaborate with SAP functional teams to resolve issues and implement new features Develop documentation of high-level designs or implemented solutions Implement and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures to protect SAP data Manage and support integration between SAP and non-SAP systems Implement and enforce security policies and procedures for SAP systems & respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities About you: Minimum 5 years of experience with strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration and SAP architecture Proficiency in database administration (e.g., HANA, Oracle, SQL Server) Knowledge of SAP security best practices and role-based access control.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Provide input on strategies, standards, policies and future planning Contribute to the Information System Disaster Recovery Manual and coordinate contingency testing Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and peers at all levels Ensure success in terms of positive results and client satisfaction Escalate issues to external support when required Handle multiple tasks concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and industry best practices are followed Desired Skills: Strong written communication skills to generate reports on system performance and activities Relevant SAP certifications, SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP HANA), SAP Certified Technology Professional – System Management (SAP HANA) & other relevant SAP Basis or NetWeaver certifications ECC to s/4 migration  Solution management and monitoring configuration Our Culture:    ?
