Senior Salesforce Developer

Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) The Salesforce Platform Team Leader is looking for a critical thinking individual who is ready to assist with Salesforce development and be a cultural fit working as part of a tight-knit team. The role involves generating alternatives, benefits, and costs to develop practical solutions, being creative and innovative when developing solutions, and the ability to identify risks. Understanding when a decision needs to be escalated and being proactive in reducing escalation events is essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Should have the following Salesforce Certifications or relevant experience:AdministratorPlatform App BuilderPlatform DeveloperExperience: Demonstrated minimum 5 years within Application support and development roles in a mid-sized organization, with relevant software development experience.Extensive experience in software development, integration, configuration, maintenance and support, and associated methodologies.Demonstrated working knowledge of and experience in Salesforce development.Technical skills that would be considered highly desirable:Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, JavaHTML/JavascriptREST/JSON/SOA/Web Services DevelopmentFlexible working arrangement with 3 days at the campus and 2 days from home.
