About the Role The Senior Salesforce Developer will enhance Lumary products, including Salesforce desktop and mobile applications, by developing and maintaining features that meet customer needs. The primary goal of this role is to write clean, modular, functional, and tested code to produce new functionality for the Lumary application, as directed by the product team. This role also involves maintaining existing features, improving scalability and performance, championing Lumary development standards, and mentoring junior developers.

Understand customer needs and how the product(s) can satisfy them Design solutions that align with customer requirements and product goals. Write high quality code that meets functionality requirements and adheres to best practices. Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices. Write and conduct tests to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance. Collaborate within the development team and the wider Lumary team Set and uphold standards for diligence and quality of output Mentor and support junior developers, providing technical guidance and feedback. Demonstrate value achieved during the sprint in sprint reviews Troubleshoot and debug application issues efficiently and effectively.
