The opportunity We have an opportunity available for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join the Dennis Family Corporation.
The role will be focused on growing and improving the way Salesforce is utilised.
By driving the platform forward, you will ensure optimal operations for our Sales and Marketing teams.
In addition, you will deliver the following, Proactively identifying and implementing platform improvements that drive continuous value.
Coordinate and work with all DFC Departments regarding their technical requirements, developments, and enhancements.
Plan and run user workshops and actively drive adoption, build enthusiasm, and harness ideas for future platform innovation.
In partnership with the head of customer technology and product user groups, develop the DFC application layer roadmap.
Coordinate functional testing across DFC in line with the relevant internal teams.
Primarily focus on declarative application development to improve the end-user experience whilst working with other "developer" skill sets as required.
Perform regular communication of status to all relevant internal stakeholders.
About you To be successful in this role you will have: Significant (5 years plus) experience building business processes and automation on the Salesforce platform.
Marketing cloud experience desirable.
Previous experience with testing and deploying software applications.
Demonstrated ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for software applications.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications.
Experience with data analysis and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
Best practice change management experience including familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Customer-focused approach to build positive experiences within the platform and drive adoption.
