Responsibilities Coordinate and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectivenessAnalyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvementFacilitate the sales team by providing necessary tools, resources, and informationWork with cross-functional teams to address sales process gaps and opportunitiesAssist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiativesImplement Honeywell's environmental policies and procedures, minimise resource waste, and actively participate in initiatives that reduce environmental impact Key Experience, Qualifications and Capabilities Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related fieldExcellent organizational and coordination abilitiesProficiency in using CRM software and sales toolsKnowledge of sales processes and methodologiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
