Job Description Senior Sales Manager - E-Payment Solutions Sydney-based, with travel across Australia and New Zealand Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of two sales professionals, driving revenue growth across existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including major banks, merchants, and partners in the payment solutions ecosystem.
Take ownership of strategic sales initiatives, focusing on expanding market presence and increasing sales of payment terminals and related software solutions.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, particularly with major banks (preferably within the big 4), driving long-term growth.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful deployment of payment terminals and other solutions, delivering on customer needs.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the APAC Sales Region Head, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Travel across Australia and New Zealand to manage relationships, close deals, and explore new market opportunities.
The Successful Applicant The successful candidate for the Senior Sales Manager role will ideally have: Proven experience in the sales of payment solutions, particularly to banks (experience with the big 4 banks in Australia is a significant advantage).
Strong track record of selling payment terminals or e-payment solutions to local merchants, financial institutions, or other companies.
Experience working within the payment solutions value chain-whether with competitors, customers, partners, or related industries.
Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a small team while meeting sales targets and objectives.
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
A strategic mindset, able to balance both account management and new business development.
