Duties:
Coming in before the project launches, you will hold a key position reporting to the Project Director and be responsible for:
Guide the development and implementation of sales strategies Research the market and assist in the review of product mix Work hand in hand with Marketing for sales collateral and display suite set-up Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Suite Develop channel partner relationships Work and build the database in preparedness for launch Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building Provide key information on units, features and structure of the building Educating buyers regarding the projects, property investment and providing general property market commentary Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement Assist in the hiring of / and management of a Sales Executive and Host / Assistant Close collaboration with the Marketing team as required for the project to achieve Sales objectives.
Specific requirements:
5+ years demonstrated success in selling off-the-plan apartments Experience in managing external agent channel partners Real Estate License Extremely well presented and a strong communicator Able to work weekends from Launch onwards We look forward to receiving your application.
