From residential building approvals to large-scale commercial certifications, they have every one of your building bases covered.THE ROLEDue to expanding business opportunities, our client has a full-time position available for an experienced Building Surveyor in their Tweed Heads office. They provide a friendly work environment with highly experienced staff, where communication and discussion between building surveyors is part of the culture.Minimum Requirements:Previous experience working as a qualified building surveyor in NSW;Current holder or ability to hold BPB building inspector/surveyor licence;Current car licence and ability to carry out building inspections across Northern NSW;Ability to work in both a team environment or autonomously as required.Preferred Attributes:Experience assessing and issuing building approvals in NSW local government areas for Class 1 and 10 (Class 2-9 experience beneficial but not necessary);Experience with approval and inspection of Class 1 and 10;Interest in furthering your qualifications and industry experience.A vehicle will be provided.
