The Opportunity This is your chance to leverage your proven sales expertise within a dynamic and progressive organization.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be entrusted with managing a territory and developing a deep understanding of client needs.
Your focus will be on exceeding sales targets, fostering long-term relationships, and driving significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Identify and cultivate high-value leads, transforming them into loyal and profitable customers.
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Negotiate and close complex deals, exceeding client expectations and securing maximum value for MaxiTRANS.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new sales opportunities.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a senior sales role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently.
Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and the sales cycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
Deep understanding of our industry or a related technical field (preferred).
A passion for exceeding expectations and a relentless drive for results.
