Business Banking (BB) offer a complete range of transaction, lending, and trading solutions, along with tailored offerings for over 1 million small and medium businesses; regional and agribusinesses; and mid-to-large corporates. We serve customers through branch, digital/phone channels, and relationship managers. It also services personal and institutional online trading customers through CommSec.

CommBank Health is a dedicated vertical incorporating product, technology and Whitecoat, Australia's leading health directory and digital payments provide. CommBank Health provides specialised support to our healthcare and aged care clients and is responsible for developing innovative products and services as well as tailored core banking products and services. Healthcare and aged care clients are supported from the very beginning of their journey, e.g. when they are at university, looking to set up, seeking advice on personal needs or grow their own business.

Your impact & contribution

The purpose of this role is to facilitate successful go to market plans in the CommBank Health ecosystem to enable the delivery of strategic objectives around growth.

You will work on a quarterly agile cycle with a range of stakeholders to understand our value proposition, target market, channels and interventions and design and implement the appropriate plan which will enable CommBank Health to drive best in class go to market plans that have a real impact on acquisition. You will also be accountable for measuring the impact of the plan and iterating based on lessons learnt and new product features/target markets.

Your reporting lines & team

You will work in a small but dedicated team that supports Partnerships and Strategy across the CommBank Health ecosystem. You will report to the Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer CommBank Health

Your responsibilities Lead go to market plans that will drive acquisition and growth targets across various modalities and target marketsCoordinate and facilitate discussions to drive achievable plans across a series of accountable stakeholders including Product, Marketing and Corporate Affairs, Organisational Change Management, Thought Leadership, Banker Specialisation, Partnerships, Conferences, Sponsorships and EventsDrive project delivery as it relates to go to market plans for both business and customer readiness from design through to implementation and measurement, with the right urgency, raise and resolve issues pertaining to delivery blockers proactively.Work in a quarterly rhythm to deliver, plan and iterate based on customer and business feedback, target acquisition figures, value proposition, leveraging channels and interventions that prove impactHave a firm view of the competitive landscape and look to narrate and differentiate our value proposition in market in a way that will drive acquisition.Build and maintain productive and effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels (e.g. Marketing, Change Management, Corporate Affairs, Product)Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people. Your capabilities At least 4 - 7 years experience in Financial Services and delivering Go-to-Market plans to drive acquisitionExperience in a business bank and health industry would be beneficialStrong stakeholder management, project management and influencing skills, interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbalAbility to work independently, project manage and drive to timeframes and outcomesExcellent strategic thinking and business acumen skills, including a structured approach to problem solving and implementation If this sounds like you, Apply today!
