We're currently hiring for our next Senior Sales Consultant for our Alexandria outlet store.
The WHAT?
This opportunity is for 29.25 hours per week, working over the following roster; Monday: 9:15am - 5:45pm, Tuesday: 11:00am - 3:00pm, Wednesday: 11:00am - 3:00pm, Thursday: 12:00pm - 5:45pm and Sunday: 9:15am - 5:45pm.
As a team member, you will
Act as a keyholder, with higher duties including opening and closing of the store and running the floor when required.
Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified.
Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting.
Thoroughly understand the customer's needs, consulting our customers as experts in the field to share our knowledge and find the best fit.
Participate in the success of the store, through providing excellent customer experience, merchandising, processing stock, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators.
Be an active part of the team, embodying the team model and CORE values.
To be successful you will need:
An ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective relationships.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Previous experience working in retail ideal.
Attention to detail, can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly.
