This includes supporting the management team with store operations such as merchandising, inventory control, and staff development to ensure the store is running efficiently and achieving maximum sales and KPI results.In this role you will be responsible for:Achieving sales and KPI targetsMaintaining in-depth and accurate knowledge of products and current promotionsAssisting with day-to-day store operationsMaintaining the store's appearance and organisation to a high standardInventory control and loss preventionAssisting with team coaching and developmentEmbracing and upholding our Ethos values of Family, Integrity, Vitality, Vision, Accountability, Recognition, and Sustainability.This role is part-time and offers approximately 20 hours per week.
