The Opportunity
Based in Regional, NSW, this critical role will see you leading initiatives to build and sustain a strong safety and wellbeing culture across the Australian organisation. Reporting to the National HR & Safety Manager, you will drive cultural change, reduce workplace risks, and provide expert advice to support the business in achieving a zero-harm environment.
What You'll Do Deliver and continuously improve the safety and wellbeing strategy.Enhance risk awareness and implement effective hazard mitigation.Investigate incidents, ensuring actionable learnings and resolutions.Coach leaders to foster a proactive safety and wellbeing culture.Conduct internal audits of critical risks, processes, and systems.Develop accurate and timely safety performance metrics.What We're Looking For

Proven experience in safety and wellbeing management.A history of leading cultural change and delivering impactful safety initiatives.Strong knowledge of risk management practices and hazard mitigation strategies.Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.A current driver's licence and ability to travel.Why Join?
