Responsibilities of Senior Rubber Technologist (Manufacturing) Rubber Mixing – intermix, Bunbury, kneader, bar well, open mixing mill Metal Treatment – phosphating line, ultrasonic degreasing line, different size of shot & sand blasting machine, adhesive application auto spray machine Rubber Molding & Extrusion – Injection, transfer injection, compression molding machine, cold feed extrusion, hot feed extruder, continuous vulcanization (Microwave & Glass bed) Development of Rubber Formulation & QA Ensure optimum productivity/output of production equipment e.g. Plastic Molding, RIM (PU) Injection Molding & Extrusion, Intermix section (Rubber Mixing) Responsible for every aspect of technical control of the whole plant including process control, mixing control, product functional & fitment validation control that fulfill the customer specific requirements Achieve consistent compound properties as per the specifications through efficient processing characteristics (Compound mixing to end product) The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge in Rubber to Metal bonded components, good troubleshooting, and communication skills.
