Key Responsibilities: Provide specialist mechanical engineering support for multiple simultaneous projects.Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions.Lead project teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective project management.Knowledge of key engineering standards related to general mechanical & rotating equipment (API, ASME, AS, etc.).Mentor and train junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth.Technical Skills: Strong Knowledge in Gas Turbines and Centrifugal compressor packages & components.Maintenance planning and strategy - assessment, development, optimization, and deployment.Provide day-to-day technical support to Operations and Maintenance Clients under support contracts.Development or Technical Review of Engineering Reports.Knowledge in machinery alignment best practices.Proficiency in failure investigation.Competence in machinery troubleshooting from trends/data.Competence in Oil and Gas Process piping/flange management for connected machinery.Experience with rotating equipment field installation, commissioning, and testing.Proficiency in assessing oil & fluid laboratory reports, and generating practical corrective actions for our clients.Proficiency in engineering software and tools, including Solidworks and 3D printing.Understanding Machinery Schematics and Oil & Gas Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (PI&D).Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) Development and Implementation.Creation of Job Work Instructions for Field Team to execute.Supporting Client proposals by providing estimates of man-hours, resourcing, materials and developing project schedules.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.A minimum of 7 years of experience in Rotating Equipment Engineering.Proven expertise in the oil and gas or resources sectors, particularly within Western Australia.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong and clear communication skills.Ability to self-manage Tasks, Actions, Milestones, and deliverables.What We Offer: Embark on a Journey of Growth with Us!
