We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Rostering Coordinator to join our team at Able Australia. This is a permanent Full-Time position based at our Surrey Hills, Melbourne office.
Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating accurate and up-to-date rosters for both clients and employees within an allocated portfolio of Operations, across Able Australia's services.
About You We are looking for candidates who have extensive experience in rostering and great customer engagement skills, plus flexibility to accommodate peaks in workflows, and available to work across a rotating 7am to 7pm roster and participate in an oncall roster. The successful applicant will be expected to attend our office in Surrey Hills 5 days a week for the first 2 months to undertake training. Required skills and experience: Communication: Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
