You'll dive deep into fascinating projects, ranging from customer experience and journey mapping to brand strategy, segmentation, and innovation.
Here's what you'll get involved in: Working directly with clients, taking briefs and truly understanding their challenges Leading ad-hoc and ongoing research projects Inputting into proposals and research methodology design Managing projects, including panel providers and fieldwork agencies Designing quantitative surveys and qualitative discussion guides with guidance Analysing data and spotting trends using SPSS/Q Generating insights that solve real-world problems and presenting them to clients Adding your flair to reports and presentations that make an impact Continuing your personal development through training, mentoring, and attending industry events About You: You have 1+ years of quantitative research agency experience and want to take on more responsibility You're comfortable with SPSS/Q and love uncovering data-driven solutions You're a problem solver, excited by challenges and new ways of thinking You're passionate about working on a variety of customised projects You're ambitious and eager to learn from some of the best in the business You bring a genuine, down-to-earth approach – no egos here!
